Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Made-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.

Returns

Unused products in original, resaleable condition may be eligible for return when requested promptly. Return freight and restocking fees may apply and will be disclosed in advance.

Damaged shipments

Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos for replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
