Material sourcing

Timber is selected for species, grain and suitability for roofing applications. Specific sourcing details will be published once confirmed by the company.

Manufacturing process

Logs and blocks are cut and shaped into shingles and shakes, then sorted by size and grade.

Inspection and quality control

Each run is visually inspected for defects, sizing and grade consistency before bundling.

Packaging and storage

Products are bundled, labelled and stored to protect them before shipment.

A note on claims

We do not publish fire-rating, durability or certification claims until they are verified and documented.
